Frequently asked questions
Is it free to use?
Yes. Creating an account, building forms, and collecting responses is free while the platform is in beta. Payment provider fees apply only when you enable paid registrations.
How do QRIS payments work?
After submitting the form, the respondent gets a QRIS code they can scan with any Indonesian bank or e-wallet app. Once the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway, the registration is automatically marked as paid.
Can I accept international payments?
Yes. Enable PayPal on the form and set a USD amount. Respondents can pay with their PayPal balance or a card, and the payment is captured and verified on our servers.
Do I have to enable payments?
No. Payments are optional and off by default. You can enable QRIS only, PayPal only, both, or neither — per form.
Can respondents fill the form in Indonesian?
Yes. The interface is available in English and Indonesian, and you write your form questions in any language you like.
How do I export the responses?
Open the participants table and export to CSV, Excel, or a print-ready PDF in A4 or F4, with column widths fitted to the content and columns in the same order as your form.
